Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including your tracking number (if applicable).

Please note that during high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales events), order processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship worldwide, with a primary focus on customers in the United Kingdom, European Union, and Latin America.

We ship from our fulfillment centers or partners depending on product availability and destination.
Some products may ship separately if ordered together.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your shipment status.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee — they are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any charges incurred once the parcel arrives in your country.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the address.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information provided.

  2. Contact the carrier directly for updates.

  3. If still unresolved after 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us at sales.veyra@gmail.com for assistance.

We will help file an investigation or offer a replacement/refund in accordance with our policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

9. Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

  • Unclaimed at the postal office

You may request reshipment by covering the additional shipping cost.
If you prefer a refund, we will issue it minus original shipping costs and any return fees.


10. Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped separately.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
