1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including tags, labels, and accessories).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless legally required.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g. perfumes, cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • Customized or personalized products

If an item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.


3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales.veyra@gmail.com

    with your order number and photos/videos showing the issue.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).

We may require the item to be returned before a replacement or refund is processed.


4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email sales.veyra@gmail.com

    with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.


5. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., Shopify Payments, card, PayPal) within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Please note:

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, and then reach out to us.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at sales.veyra@gmail.com


 and we’ll assist you with the process.

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we will cover all return shipping costs.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

9. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery under the terms above.


10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Evidence of fraud or abuse

  • Excessive return activity

  • Items returned in poor or used condition
